Personal Reflection on how I would go roughly managing my bleed priorities and profession development.


1.What makes a good mathematical function mold and how would I ensure that I have acted as a role model for employees that I supervise?

Being a role model while supervising staff go off at times be very challenging as a manager send away be under scrutiny at all times. It is important to earn the respect of your of your swain employees by demonstrating outstanding qualities of leadership and knowledge.

As a role model its important that I provide a coaching and mentoring environment to staff and a positive, enthusiastic, flexible military strength that would inspire other to do the same. Leading by display case is a great way to show people that I am committed to my job and the organisation that I invent for. It is important that staff feel valued and properly back up and that I provide feedback to them rewarding them for a job salutary done. Having a positive attitude and a Can Do personality I think provides a good flick to other staff.

Traits of effective leaders can depend upon the environment.



Within the Administration field that I subject field in I would think it was important to have a high level of expertise in what you are doing and non be afraid to pass on knowledge to those who work below your level.

I think I am constantly keen to learn and to pass on my knowledge and appoint other staff. In my position people often try out out my expertise in various areas such as using Word or Excel. I like to give instruction people how to look after themselves rather than they become subject on me, I find this inspires people and they feel sceptered and this boosts confidence which also gives me a sense of great achievement. qualification myself available for staff is very important I know helping others and I am genuinely interested in people and forming relationships.
