During organizational change, the work of management can be a daunting and overwhelming task. It may be just as daunting for the entry-level employee, the middle manager and the employee that is a few long time from retirement. The extra work created with change may create questions and insecurities for both employees and employers. Management may be concerned if objectives could be hindered if randomness becomes misconstrued by allowing gossip to speak. If these questions are not answered, workers will attempt to answer them for themselves. each way employees will share information.
