When asked to convey an example of a good speaker it wasnt elusive for me to judge of exactly who I would nominate. I was always told as a child You never get a assist chance to make a first impression. This quote is in my fountainhead at every point of my life. As a speaker, how you deliver your message will impact me just as much as what you say. Someone with good communication skills, slopped work ethic, works well with others, has initiative and relates well to more people is important as well. The con decennaryt preparation, physical preparation, and intellectual preparation truly affect the message that is being given. Personally, I believe If you feel itâ€"you sell it! As I think of all of these factors the one person at the forefront of my mind is Louie Giglio.
Louie Giglios desire is to see spiritual awakening stick to the terra firmas college campuses and to see the estimated 16 million college assimilators of the nation and around the world come to know God. In 1985, later on finishing seminary, Louie and his wife Shelley began a weekly Bible write up called Choice Ministries at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Choice Ministries was a campus-based student ministry where, after only a few years, over ten percent of the student body attended the weekly theatre of operations after being captivated by his presentations.
In 1995, Louie and his wife moved from their home in Waco, Texas, to Atlanta, Georgia, due to Louies experience who became ill with a brain infection and passed away out front Louie made it back to Atlanta. While flying from Texas to Georgia, Louie prayed and asked God what He had in store for his life. Afterwards, he decided to start a national gathering of Christian college students called Passion Conferences.
