Introduction

The topic of this annotated bibliography is e-learning. The expansion of e-learning in checkup education is a reflection of the intrinsic advantages that technology dismiss bring to teaching and learning .E-learning, has been defined as all learning that uses information and communication technologies is viewed as one management to support the development of healthcare professionals. It has helped nurses gain knowledge and skills they deficiency when they have time which in turns let them focus on their patients which allows them to provide better patient care. I have elect these seven references because it gives examples of how e-learning in benefiting the healthcare system, how the health profession views e-learning, how it is compound into nursing schools, and how it gives the same results, if not better, when compared to in-class instruction.

These authors from Tapei Medical Center in Taiwan utilize a 3-stage study (planning, implantation, and evaluation) to describe Registered Nurses experiences with using the e-learning education platform. five-spot courses were given. The study was performed at a 776-bed teaching medical midpoint in Taipei, 54 nurses were chosen to participate but only 42 actually participated. The nurses were either assigned to the e-learning education program or the in-classroom program. The scores for all the participants were all above 70 out of 100 for both of the programs. The only difference in spite of appearance the two groups in the five courses was teaching and learning and communication. every the nurses passed the skills tests for the courses.
