Banana Muffins

Apple and Cinnamon Muffins
2 forms almond meal
1 teaspoon baking hot hot powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon bark
2 tablespoons Natvia
2 eggs
1 cup green apple grated
(Almond Slivers - Optional)
(1 scoop vanilla protein powder - optional)

preheat oven to 190degrees

Directions:
